Dr. Timothy Purcell, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Tim is a pediatric physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Daemen University. He is certified in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (C-NDT), Kinesio Taping (CKT-P), and has completed Intermediate A training in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI). He has also completed completed DIR/Floortime (Level 101) training. Dr. Tim is deeply passionate about helping children reach their full potential. He never takes for granted the trust families place in him, and believes each child’s journey is unique. Working with infants and children keeps him young at heart and grounded in what truly matters—small changes can make a world of difference. When he's not working with children and families, you’ll find Dr. Tim outdoors—running, tending to his garden, or cheering on his son at soccer games. He and his wife share a love for good food, wine, and travel, and they cherish exploring new places together. Dr. Tim believes that being a pediatric therapist is a lifelong commitment to learning, self-reflection, and showing up with curiosity every day. As the saying goes, "Children learn what they live," and he strives to be a positive influence in every child’s life!

Dr. Jaclyn Little, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Jaclyn is a pediatric physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College. She holds certifications in DMI (Introductory Level C), is a Certified TheraTogs Fitter, and has completed DIR/Floortime (Level 101) training. She is also recognized as a Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist. With a lifelong love of movement, Dr. Jaclyn is dedicated to helping each child grow into their unique strengths and abilities through play-based, purposeful therapy. She is passionate about supporting children in building strength, confidence, and independence in ways that are both fun and functional. Dr. Jaclyn has a special interest in fostering strong, supportive relationships with families, knowing that progress is most meaningful when it happens as a team. Her approach blends clinical expertise with creativity and care, making each session engaging and effective. Whether she’s guiding a child toward new motor milestones or teaching a fitness class, Dr. Jaclyn finds joy in movement—both her own and the growth she helps others achieve. Outside the clinic, she enjoys taking and teaching fitness classes, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Kelly Gabbett, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Kelly is a pediatric physical therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Widener University. She is certified in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Introductory Level B and has training in DIR/Floortime (Level 101) and Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT). Dr. Kelly has also pursued continuing education in pediatric gait analysis, infant positioning, pediatric kinesiology, and the use of orthotics, enhancing her ability to support children across a wide range of developmental needs. Dr. Kelly discovered her passion for pediatric physical therapy through her own journey—after being treated for Sever’s Disease and later a dance injury in high school, she spent years working with pediatric PTs who made a lasting impact. Now, she’s grateful to offer the same support and encouragement to the children she works with. Dr. Kelly loves helping kids build their gross motor skills so they can confidently keep up and participate with their peers. Watching their growth in strength, confidence, and happiness is what inspires her every day. Outside the clinic, Dr. Kelly enjoys fitness classes, spending time with her three dogs, and continues to hold a deep love for dance after over 15 years of training.
